League rules and public guidance.
Draft
- We will get the order of the draft by a wheel. Once we get the order, we will have all 1.5-star teams on the wheel. Whoever gets the first pick gets to spin first for all the 1.5-star teams, continuing down to the last pick.
- All teams on the wheel will be 1.5-star programs.
- You will get a chance to submit three teams that you want removed from the wheel. This gives you a chance to have some “control” in the wheel process of your dynasty.
- The top three teams with the most votes from the league will be removed.
General
- Must create a new head coach.
- Games will be played on Heisman.
- All regular-season CPU games will be force wins. This is to take out cheesy gameplay for awards. Bowl games and CFP computer games will be played.
- We will advance at a 48-hour, 48-hour, 72-hour advance rate.
- 9:00 PM will be the hard advance time.
- There will be two to three big conferences. We will start in lower-ranked conferences. You will play people from the other leagues during nonconference play.
- You may choose to go to a different job after the third season of the dynasty. At this point, you may only increase your job by one star level. Example: You have Akron at 1.5 stars to begin. You go three seasons and have upgraded them to a 2.5-star level. You may choose to go to any school that is 3.5 stars or lower if offered a job, since your school was leveled up to a 2.5-star rating during that offseason.
- If you are fired from your job, you will have to take a job in one of the following leagues: Sun Belt, MAC, or C-USA.
- If someone joins late, we will assess the level that the user needs to be competitive in the league. The user will not necessarily start with a 1.5-star-level team.
Playbooks
- No custom playbooks on offense or defense.
- Your playbook does not have to be aligned with your team. Example: You can be Arkansas but use Oregon State’s playbook.
- If someone uses a custom playbook, record a clip and share it with the commissioner. The penalty will be three straight losses, including CPU and user games.
- You must show your playbook in the pregame lobby.
User Games
- If it is a user-vs.-user game where both players are unable to play on separate nights, it will be a fair simulation at the hard advance time.
- If a user reaches out to another user and one never responds, and there is proof, it will be a force win for the user who was available and reached out. This will be sent to the commissioner.
- Quitting a game early will result in a loss for the game you quit and losses in the next two games—three losses in a row, regardless of whether the games are user or CPU games.
- You can only chew clock during the last two minutes of each half.
